Electric Beans is a new WP7 puzzle game that is available for FREE on the WP7 marketplace, the game is developed by Offscreen Technologies Ltd. There are quite a few FREE games for Windows Phone 7. Today we take a look at what the Electric Beans game offers and if this is a game worth downloading.

Electric Beans offers a simple gameplay and not many options stand in your way when you run the game, the offers you 10 levels and each one is unlocked when you complete the one before it. There is no tutorial to explain what you have to do , what are the controls etc. But When I launched the game It was quite easy to figure out what had to be done. You have multiple electric sources that you can move around and they are inter connected by a visible power beam and there are multiple number of vacuum tubes that light up when the power beam pass through them , the idea is to light up all of the vacuum tubes, once that is done the game will throw the next level at you. The initial ones are quite easy and then it gets a bit hard and before you know it the game is over :( .

I liked the gameplay , it was nice the graphics looks quite nice as well but there was no sound effects or background music which seriously makes the game dull, I do hope the future update brings some much need audio in to the game and a couple of new levels would be nice too :D. So if you are wondering if you should download it I will still say give it a shot coz its free and the gameplay is something that I haven’t come across on other WP7 games.

Question to Developer : Why Electric Beans ? I would have gone with Electric Beams ;)

    And now there is a twelfth level. Haha. But to play it you have to beat level 11 everytime.

    There are actually 11 levels. after you finish 10 it takes you to a secret level you can access by taping the words at the top of the level selector.

    fun game, kind of short, but the final very hard level makes it a little longer
